Tanz in den mai

 Today has been a really really nice day. I got lot of important things done, like my german bank account and insurance things for work. After those things I ate sushi(actually 2 times during the day hah), had coffee outside, bought a cool captain blazer, went to a museum, bought a puzzle for our collection and drank root beer. Now we are planing to go out and Dance in to May.

Tänään on ollu super kiva päivä, aamulla sain paljon tärkeitä asioita hoidettua, hommasin saksalaisen pankkitilin ja hain papereita vakuutus juttuja varten. Noitten juttujen jälkeen syötiin sushia(oikeestaan 2 kertaa hah), nautittiin kahvia ulkona, ostettiin mulle cooli kapteeni bleiseri, käytiin museossa, ostettiin uus pulmapeli(mikä ikinä onkaan suomeks, ei siis normi palapeli) kokoelmiin ja juotiin inkivääriolutta. Käveltiin paljon ja edes 6 tunnin jälkeen ei tuntunu missään, ilma oli niin ihanan lämmin ja takki oli päällä vaan sen takia, että halusin heti käyttää sitä. Nyt suunnitellaan ulos lähtemistä. Hyvää vappua kaikille sinne!! Täällä ei vappua oikee vietetä, mutta "Dance in to May" on tänään jeje:)

I have been working since Tuesday and I haven't had the time to blog. Yesterday I had a day off, but then ofc lot of crazy things happened and I could take any pics. I was alone the whole day and in the morning I found a huge bee from our kitchen. That bastard was the size of my fist and I'm not kidding! So I had to lock myself in to the bedroom and well I send big part of my day outside. Now I'm going to work again, have a nice Sunday everybody!

Oon ollu duunissa tiistaista lähtien ja blogille ei oo ollu yhtään aikaa. Eilen mulla oli kyllä vapaapäivä, mutta tietty just sillon tapahtu kaikkea outoa, eikä mulla ollu mahdollisuutta kuvata mitään. Olin koko päivän yksin ja aamulla löysin jättikokosen kimalaisen meiän keittiöstä. Se oli valehtelematta nyrkin kokonen!! En meinannu uskoa silmiäni. Teiän ois pitäny nähä mun ilme kun kuulin kauheeta pörinää (ei surinaa huom) ja lopulta spottasin sen paskiaisen. Koska ötököt on tunnetusti oksettavia, lukittauduin makuuhuoneeseen. Vietin suurimman osan päivästä ulkona, sattuneista syistä. Nyt lähen taas töihin, mutta viettäkää te kiva sunnuntai!

Everyday life

Lot of people have been asking about my hobbies and what do I usually do during the days. Well I decided to share some pictures and tell a little bit about my everyday life here in Berlin.

1. Yesterday we decided to build a fort out of blankets. I'm not quite sure how we came up with this idea, but I guess we both felt like hiding from something. Anyway it came out really nice but at night it fell down. I also forgot a chocolate bar into our bed and in the morning my pillow was full of chocolate. Well at least I slept well and had nice dreams hah. Alex said that at night I told him that he is too hairy. Its so funny, but I remember his hair was on my face or something. Well anyways now we fixed the fort and its even better than it was before.
2. On Saturday we went to the cafeteria where Alex is working. They were throwing things out so I took some pies and sweet things. Sadly I finished all the brownies already...So delicious with coffee!
3. Alex went to the supermarket and what did he buy: whiskey, a beer, mineral water&coke(goes with the whiskey), napkins, Red bull and candy. I found his shopping very funny so I had to take a picture. At night some of Alex's friends came here to play poker and I went upstairs to hang out with Hiram and some friends.
4. Today I was doing laundry and because I didn't know how to wash this new dress, I had to wash it by myself. The dress is from Oasap.com and its one of my new favorites.  1.On Thursday I was eating strawberries and reading a book.
2. The view from my work is something like this: Fernsehturm and the S-bahn station. It looks very pretty in the evening when the sun is going down. That picture is taken from outside not inside the mall though.
3. A regular night here in our house. I was making pizza and our living room was full of Swedish hipsters. Well there was also one guy from France and one from Norway and ofc Alex and Rene both from Mexico. I went to sleep before anyone else, like always. Very rarely I stay up after 2am these days. And if someone is wondering about that huge wine bottle, Hiram brought it from Italy.
4. Alex making lemonade with a mustache and a beard. After that he had only a mustache and I really liked it, looked so naughty in a funny way. Now when he shaved everything he looks so much younger, like a little boy. With a beard or not, he's still always cute.

Take me to a place where doors are open. A lovely little place where no one's broken.

In the morning I made a 50's hairstyle with this youtube video. It came out nice but after sitting outside my hair got all flat. It was so warm outside, for sure at least 20 degrees. I was melting and while walking back home I had to take my blazer off. I didn't even remember how it feels to walk in a hot weather. Next time I will take pictures before going out...



I was eating strawberries and reading Bulgakov's The Master and Margarita on a bench in Alexanderplaz. I asked my mom to bring me a book in finnish because I got tired of speaking and reading only in english.

Denim skirt and top I bought yesterday from H&M. I paid only 5e for the skirt and 3e for the top. That skirt somehow reminds me of my childhood maybe that's why I like it so much. My mom once said that I have a Peter Pan syndrome, I guess it's little bit true. I'm 20 and still sometimes I dress(and act...) like a little girl.

I went to see my boss and I'm gonna start working next week. the only bad thing about my new job is that I'm working in a mall with all the stores around me. Today after I got some papers ofc I had to check some stores. In H&M they had a sale and I found nice things very cheap. I guess I just have to decide that I'm not gonna even go to the stores, otherwise its gonna be impossible to keep my wallet in my pocket hah.

Berlin, Berlin, wir fahren nach Berlin

Today we went to the Turkish market with my family. I got a lot of nice things, a mustard color sweater, tights, tea, shoes and some useful things for the house. The pics above are stolen from my sisters camera.


This sweater is so cosy and its 50% wool. Maybe not the best time to buy a warm sweater when the spring is coming and everything but who cares. The ear cuff is from Gina Tricot.

The flower shoes where only 3,50e and unlike the sweater they are perfect for the spring. Thanks mom for these cuties!

At 7pm my family left back to Finland and I felt kinda sad. We had a really nice time and I'm very happy that they came to visit us. Our friend Rene, who was living with us for many weeks also left back to spain, so we are all alone now. Well its also nice to have the house only for Alex and me, we havent been alone for a long time. I'm gonna star my new job and I have more time for my own things. Hopefully I have more time for this blog also.

Today we ate amazing sushi in Yoko. The best sushi I have had so far.

Im so happy cause my mom brought me a lot of clothes from Finland. The blue dress and the shoes are both "new". I got the shoes from Spartoo.com some months ago and today I wore them at the first time. They are leather and super comfortable!

I got a package with a nice dress and cute socks from oasap.com . Some time ago they asked if I would like to choose some things from their website and after a quick look I said yes. It was hard to choose from all of the pretty things they have. I love the Peter Pan collar in the dress and the socks are just adorable.

2 outfits

I have been sick and now my family came to visit me so I havent had the time to post. Today we went to see East side gallery and Alexa. You can see my todays outfit above. I didnt like it that much, or maybe it was only my hair that was bothering me. I didnt have time to curl it or well basically do anything.

Leah the cat

I feel so happy at the moment. I got the job I was talking about and I'm gonna start the training on Friday. We also got two pretty visitors, Leah and Neo. Leah is sleeping on my lap at the moment, how cute is this.

I'm sorry I haven't uploaded anything for a while, I have been very busy with other things.

I had a job interview on Friday. It was supposed to be in Alexanderplaz Starbucks at 6. Well I went there and waited for 45min and it was really weird because germans are very punctual. I called the guy and he came running there, telling that he though his gonna interview me tomorrow and that he made a mistake. Well anyway the interview went well and I really hope I can get that job.

Now I'm talking with my mom in Skype and choosing clothes that shes gonna bring me. Ah and what do you guys like the big pics? Are they too big? I think they look nice for a change.


Mulla oli perjanta tyohaastattelu. Sen piti olla Alexanderplazin Starbucksissa kello kuudelta. No menin sinne vahan ennen kuutta ja odottelin 45min, enka nahny ketaan siella. Ajattelin, etta ompa tosi outoa kun saksalaiset ei oo ikina myohassa. Sitten soitin sille haastattelijalle ja se tuli juosten paikalle ja kerto, etta luuli, etta mun haastattelu on vasta huomenna. No joka tapauksessa se haastattelu meni hyvin ja toivon tosissaan, etta saan ton duunin:)

Nyt puhun mutsi kanssa Skypessa ja valitsen vaatteita, jotka se tuo mulle. Niin ja mita tykkaatte naista isoista kuvista? Onko liian isoja? Musta ne on ihan kivaa vaihtelua!
